No. Your relationship with Breakout Trading Group, LLC pertains only to the Breakout Evaluation. If you pass and choose to become a funded trader, your agreement and relationship will be with Payward Oceanic, Ltd (POL), a separate and independent company. Each company operates under different terms and your rights and obligations under each agreement are distinct.
